hold a Public Hearing at the Booe House, located at 5135
Sullivantown Road, on Thursday February 28, 2012 at 7:00
p.m. to consider the following: Zoning
map amendment of the Town of Walkertown for property owned by
others from Forsyth County Zoning Jurisdiction to Town of
Walkertown Zoning Jurisdiction: property is located in various
areas of Walkertown that have recently been annexed; property
consists of 18.52± acres and is PIN#s 6867-33-4415, 5708, 3588,
6867-23-1397, 1546, 7088, 6272, 6332, 5551, 4589, 6856-78-2867,
6857-75-9523, and 6867-04-1278 as shown on the Forsyth County
Tax maps (Zoning Docket WA-043).
